Join us for an inspiring talk by our alumni Tiannan Zhao Tiannan is a UX-focused product designer at Burberry, where she specialize in taking care of the omnichannel and checkout stream. She has experience in designing innovative B2B Saas for the sustainable food supply chain while also having served Chinatown LDN, Berkeley Group, Segway-Ninebot, Harvey Nichols, Believe Digital, and Midea Group. Using a focused, interdisciplinary approach, she helps growth-oriented companies and innovative startups shape their products and services.

Talk by Raymond Tan

Join us for another inspiring talk by our alumni Raymond Tan from the MASD 2018-19 batch. Raymond Tan is a dedicated Service Designer with a passion for driving business transformation. He leads the Service Experience Design Co-Lab at Nanyang Polytechnic, School of Design & Media where he fosters collaborative environments to apply service design principles effectively. With a MA in Service Design from the University of Arts London and over 16 years of design experience, Raymond has successfully introduced Service Design to diverse organisations including public agencies, corporates and social organisations. His expertise in product and service implementations allows him to provide comprehensive solutions that address organisational and customer needs.
