Transient Work and Homelessness
This 15-month project was conducted by St Mungo’s clients and the research team. The recently launched report illustrates the key findings from a qualitative peer research project examining the relationship between transient work and homelessness. Using insights from the research, the peer researchers participated in two creative service design workshops facilitated by our MA Service Design students at LCC with Cordula Friedlander, engaging wider St Mungo’s staff, clients, and employers.
The co-creations from the workshops were further developed with the service design input from our recent graduate Ali Blake, also responsible for the visual content of the report.
