Festival of Place (in collaboration with Design Council)

On 9th July four of our students, Yasmeen Bazian, Du Na, Ai Yamanaka, and Yu Ding (Youky) joined the Design Council to facilitate workshops during the Festival of Place at Tobacco Dock. The Festival of Place was a one-day event that brought  together professionals and place makers to open a discussion on current and future practice of place-making.

The aim of the workshops was to create a manifesto for designing a greener, liveable and loveable city, which will be published in the October issue of the Developer magazine.

The workshop was hosted by the Design Council in collaboration with Jacobs, JTP and Commonplace.”
