Minoxsys – 14 week group project as part of Service Experience Design for Social and Corporate Innovation unit

The Challenge   Our clients vision is to provide a real-time service for patients to help them with their care pathway, to improve the understanding of the care plan and consequently improve patient flow in hospitals. Patients will be able to see their journey and have insights with relevant content delivered to them to improve their health outcomes and promote self-care.

Student Work   Students responded to the challenge by working with clinicians, patient groups, charities such as Age UK, with the client and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for development. Seven groups of four or five students defined their specific brief and delivered innovative service solutions.
