Demonstrate the collective voice of Plan International supporters
Plan International UK, a children’s charity striving to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world, approached MA Service Experience Dsign and Innovation to help them design a new way to demonstrate the collective voice of its supporters.
This was a student led project, divided into four phases, with a student project managing each phase. Plan UK was closely involved in the project, feeding back on each step as well as participating in co-design workshops.
The Discover phase kicked off with a briefing from Plan UK and research into supporters, engagement mechanisms, and benchmarking. The Define phase involved coordinating two workshops with students from across LCC as well as Plan UK employees, codesigning and prototyping possible approaches to the brief and coming up with a number of concepts. The video (coming soon) showing some of the activities that took place in the workshops.
In the Develop phase, MA Service Experience Design and Innovation students developed the concepts further into viable solutions to the brief. The Deliver phase looked at communication and implementation of the four final designs. Look out for some of these in Plan’s upcoming campaigns!
